Below are the standard Terms of Service that all Maple Fitness clients agree to before services are provided.

1. Health Concerns
To ensure your safety, you agree to inform Maple Fitness of any injuries, illnesses, medications, or other relevant health conditions. A medical clearance may be required prior to beginning (or resuming) training if there are any concerns, including pregnancy. If you arrive at a session under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, the session will be forfeited.
2. Risk Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that participating in exercise carries a risk of injury. Maple Fitness will take reasonable precautions to minimise these risks, but you agree to train at your own risk.
3. Payments
All sessions and coaching plans (in-person or online) must be paid in advance via direct bank transfer or another agreed method. Refunds will be issued if a cancellation is made with at least 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a billing error or overpayment. Maple Fitness reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
4. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
5. Ending the Coaching Arrangement
You’re free to end your coaching arrangement at any time—no pressure, no awkward final sessions. If you’ve prepaid for future sessions and give at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll sort out a refund or credit.
6. Tardiness
Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. Please arrive on time and bring a towel, drink bottle, and appropriate footwear and clothing.
7. Responsibilities of Maple Fitness
Maple Fitness agrees to:
Deliver agreed-upon services to meet your needs
Communicate clearly and promptly
Treat clients with courtesy and respect
Consult with clients on how services are delivered
Provide information on cancellations, complaints, or feedback
Protect your privacy and confidentiality
Maintain accurate records and issue receipts/invoices on request
Provide notice of at least 24 hours for cancellations on our end
8. Responsibilities of the Client
Clients agree to:
Communicate clearly about how they wish services to be delivered
Treat trainers with respect
Attend sessions punctually and prepared
Give required notice for cancellations or ending the agreement
Give their best effort during training sessions
9. Social Media & Online Community
You may choose to opt in to the following (tick yes or no below):
Use of Photos/Videos on Social Media for Marketing or Education

10. Facility Disclaimer
All payments made to Maple Fitness (ABN 31 800 943 699) are between you (the client) and Maple Fitness. Any health club or training facility used for sessions is not responsible for payments, refunds, or services provided by Maple Fitness. In the event that Maple Fitness ceases working with a facility, your agreement with Maple Fitness will continue independently.
